Philosophy
I believe that children experience the greatest growth when they feel secure and loved. Therefore, I will provide a warm, caring, comfortable and safe environment for my children. I will establish good routines that are predictable and consistent. All children will be treated with gentleness, honesty and respect. I will encourage them to treat others in this manner. I will also support my children as they embark on a journey to make discoveries about themselves and the people and world around them.
